In 1995, İnfina Yazılım A.Ş. was established with an independent partnership structure separate from financial institutions.
In 1996, the FinBase product family was developed and launched on the market. FinBase quickly became widespread and began to be used in various scopes by many institutions.
In 2004, a strategic partnership was formed with the Swiss software company Expersoft System AG, which specializes in Private Banking and Family Office applications. The Expersoft application PM1 is still being successfully used by many financial institutions.
In 2007, development work began on INFLEKS to renew the products in terms of architecture and technology. The INFLEKS products comprehensively meet the needs of the Capital Markets.
In 2019, İnfina UK was established, marking the first step toward using INFLEKS products abroad.
In 2019, Öneriver was founded as İnfina's first spin-off and began offering services in robo-advisory.
As of 2022, the architecturally and technologically renewed INFLEKS products are successfully used in a total of 86 institutions, with 85 in Turkey and 1 in the UK. Due to the high satisfaction the products and services provide to customers, the number of institutions using these products increases every month.
