The company was established in 2020 as the "Managing Company" of the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University and Turkish-German University Technology Development Region Management Inc. A total of 3,506 m2 at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Rize Zihni Derin campus and approximately 40 acres in Istanbul Çekmeköy have been allocated as the technology development area for their joint venture, Dijitalpark Technopolis.
